It's Finally Friday

I can't believe that the week is over. Just 3 or 4 more and our little one will be here. We are so excited for her arrival. I am so glad that I am doing this change, I should have started a long time ago, but I just wasn't ready. I had all the excuses in the world to not change, but I grew tired of excuses, so when Nichole came to me and said that she had set up an appointment with a neighbor of ours, I was excited! I was ready. That was at the beginning of this month. Yesterday I went back for our monthly appointment, and walked away with some very positive results!
