No soda, day 4

Well today I am feeling like crap. I have the worst headache that is turning to a migraine. I have been trying to cut out soda from my daily regimen I have made it to day four and I am now starting to pay for it. I was used to drinking soda all day long because it is free here at work, and I would drink water at night. The whole reason this came about was because of something I heard on t.v. on Saturday. They had this "health minute" segment with a R.D. and she said that most Americans that consume diet soda tend to intake more calories because the artificial sweetener makes you crave more sweet food. I kind of did an evaluation over the rest of the weekend and realized that that is probably true and decided to quit cold turkey. My problem is if I have some soda I crave it and consume it the rest of the day and don't stop. I have been really busy at work and also at school so I haven't been working out, but I have been watching my eating very closely and am trying to balance it, I am just hoping somethings change at work then I will have more time to work out.
